| Are vessels permitted to receive bunkers at English Bay? | Local regulations do not allow for bunker deliveries at English Bay. Vessels must wait until the berth in Vancouver Harbour to load cargo, or recieve bunkers at an inner harbor anchorage. |
| Is heavy fuel avaliable at Prince Rupert BC? | Heavy fuel is not avalible at Prince Rupert. Vessels must call Vancouver inner harbour anchorage, Victoria anchorage or Port Angeles for a "bunker's only " call. |
| Are tankers permitted to bunker while they load cargo at Vancouver, BC? | Tankers loading non hazardous cargos at Vanterm berth # 4 are permitted to recieve bunkers concurrent with cargo operations. Tankers loading at terminals such as Dow Chemical, Shellburn and Pacific Coast Terminals can only recieve bunkers during non-cargo working hours or at inner harbour anchorage. |

Deliveries
of less than 100 M/T's of fuel oil are avalible by barge. A minimum delivery charge is applicable. MDO and MGO can be delivered in parcels as small as 10 M/T's. Minimum delivery carges are applicable also. |
