The port of Vancouver handles both cargo and passenger vessels. The Cruise Industry in Vancouver is steadily growing with over 300 vessel calls between the months of May and September. Bunker demand peaks during Cruise Ship season with over 75,000 metric tonnes supplied per month. While bunker demand decreases over the winter month, bunker demand is maintained at over 50,000 metric tonnes per month. Marine Petrobulk supplies all grades of heavy fuel and distillates in Vancouver Harbour. All parcel sizes are available for delivery by barge, MDO / MGO can be delivered by RTW (Truck) or barge.
Some terminals within
Vancouver harbour have restrictions regarding bunker deliveries while
cargo operations are in progress. The restrictions apply to sulfur
terminals (Pacific Coast Terminals and Vancouver Wharves) and liquid
terminals that load hazardous or petroleum products (Dow Chemical and
Pacific Coast Terminals, Oxy Chemicals and Westridge Terminal) |

Port of New Westminster is located on the Fraser River, just south of
Vancouver, BC. Bunkers and distillates are available by barge and
distillates are available by truck. Additional barge charges are
applicable. |

and Gas Oil are available by truck, and bunker fuel must be shipped by
barge from Vancouver. Additional barge charges are applicable. |

Vessels
calling Squamish, Woodfiber and Port Mellon, BC have the option of
calling the inner-harbour anchorage's of Vancouver for a "
bunkers-only " Port call, or a barge call delivery to any of these
out ports. Additional barge charges are applicable Marine Gas Oil can be
delivered by truck at Squamish, BC. |

restricted by dock accessibility. Winter flash of Gas oil may be less
